Hamilton Place To Hold Countywide Student Art Competition
Hamilton Place Mall, in partnership with both the Hamilton County Department of Education and Allied Arts of Greater Chattanooga, plans to hold a countywide art contest.
Hamilton County students are invited to take part in this competition designed to celebrate Chattanooga’s vibrant natural amenities, which were also the inspiration for the mall’s new renovation.
Karla Riddle, director of fine arts for the Hamilton County Department of Education, said, “Our Hamilton County students are often recognized for their academic and athletic achievements, and now Hamilton Place has provided an arena for them to be honored for their visual artistic ability. This event will be a worthy celebration of the hard work of our students and teachers, and we are very appreciative of the opportunity to share our students’ artwork with the community.”
